It’s not that we have any ability to acknowledge any real possibility of any negative outcome at all, but that more than a few civil and criminal suits have already alleged such detriments, so we have to address it somehow in some way, while making it clear that we are NOT the bad people in the equation.

We never invade privacy in any ways at all, ever, not even under the most severe of circumstance or situation. We take great pride in protecting the anonymity of everyone involved in our project, and will do our best to protect you and your identity, in almost every situation, those some obvious limits to this policy may apply.

If you appear on our list

It is with a heavy heart that we have no choice but to list you in our database. This is no negative reflection or personal judgment on our part, since it is reasonably assumed that you have not broken any laws or committed any crimes, in most cases. If the fact that we’ve revealed your identity causes you personal stress, it is unfortunate for many reasons, but unavoidable by the choices you’ve made and outcomes you’ve forced reality to accept.

1 Corinthians 3:16-17 – “Don’t you realize that all of you together are the Temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you. God will bring ruin to anyone who ruins this temple. For God’s temple is holy, and you Christians are that temple.”

We would like nothing more than for you to never have appeared on our list, but by your own choosing and actions, this may have become unavoidable. That’s a big disclaimer around here, and I mean it literally, as it is actually our Workday Pride banner we have had hanging since the consultants came in last year. Pride can be a sin, but pales in comparison to certain other sins, so we’re not losing any sleep over it.
